Meet Indigo

Indigo Ayira has been facilitating transformational spaces since 2019, guiding women through power.

She is a certified life coach, B.S. Psychology graduate from UNC Charlotte, trained in counseling, and a former natural birth coach and doula.

Before supporting women through life, business, leadership, visibility, and identity expansion, she supported women through birth, one of the most primal initiations of power, fear, body, voice, surrender, advocacy, and self-trust.

Now, through the Safe to Expand™ method and ecosystem, Indigo helps women birth the version of themselves and the life they are no longer available to keep delaying.

Her coaching is heart-centered but real, sweet but sharp, spiritually grounded, psychologically informed, body-aware, and deeply human. She does not perform perfection, and she does not coach women into performance. This is a safe space to be honest, powerful, multidimensional, and fully met in the truth of who you are becoming.
